三、菌株形態(tài)
菌落直徑為1-2mm，圓形，邊緣整齊，不透明，正面白色，中間凸起，表面光滑，表面明亮，質(zhì)地濕潤，易挑起，G－（紅），桿菌。
四、傳代方法
①準備上述平板 1-2 塊；
②平板表面消毒后在安全柜中打開；
③吸取 1-3ml 無菌水（置于厭氧環(huán)境平衡24h）打入平板中，用無菌涂布棒在平板表層來回刮取菌苔，制成菌懸液；
④用巴氏吸管吸取菌懸液，打入到新鮮的平板上，涂布均勻；
⑤將平板置于上述培養(yǎng)條件下培養(yǎng)即可。
