Comments: Animals were immunized with a synthetic polypeptide with the sequence YTLVREIRQHKLRKLNPPDESGPGC corresponding to peptides 157 to 181 of the H-ras oncogene. Test method: ACP-DAS-ELISA (Reacts in ACP-DAS-ELISA, dot-blot and Western-blot assays). Monoclonal Antibodies are listed by antigen-specificity, as opposed to immunogen. McAb CNF 1E7 recognizes a virus-specific coat protein epitope found on domestic and foreign isolates of CNFV. Vial contains 70 ul ascites fluid and should be stored at -20.
