Growth Conditions: ATCCmedium 802 + ATCCmedium 1900 + ATCCmedium 5080 (1:1:1 mixture). Thaw vial in a 37.0°C water bath and transfer contents into a T-25 flask containing 10 ml of growth medium bacterized with Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC700831). To subculture, scrape the bottom of the flask, agitate, and transfer 0.2 ml of cell suspension into a new flask with growth medium. Note: The transfer must be done quickly to prevent organisms from settling to the bottom of the flask. Subcultivation interval: biweekly. Temperature: 25.0°C
