Scrape the bottom of the flask, quickly agitate and withdraw 0.2 ml of cell suspension.

Inoculate into 10 ml of ATCCmedium 802 bacterized with Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp. pneumoniae (ATCC700831).Note: the amoebae settle very quickly, so the transfer must be done very quickly to be effective.

Incubate the flask at 20C.
