Growth Conditions: ATCCmedium 712: PYGTemperature: 25.0°C Axenic Protocol: ATCCNO: 50514 SPEC: Upon arrival agitate culture vigorously and aseptically transfer a 0.1 ml aliquot to a 16 x 125 mm screw-capped plastic test tube containing 5.0 ml of ATCCmedium 712. Screw the cap on tightly and incubate on a 5 degree horizontal slant at 25C. Transfer every 2-3 weeks.
