Growth Conditions: ATCCmedium 802: Sonneborn's Paramecium mediumTemperature: 25.0°C Duration: grown with Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC13048 and mixed bacteria Protocol: ATCCNO: 50430 SPEC: Add 1 ml bacterized ATCCmedium 802 (inoculated 24 hours previously with ATCC27889) to the inner shell vial. Transfer the filter paper plug aseptically from the vial with a sterile forceps to 10 ml bacterized ATCCmedium 802 in a 25-ml flask. Incubate at 25C with the cap screwed on tightly.
