Growth Conditions: Max Temperature: 15.0°C Min Temperature: 10.0°C Duration: axenic; anaerobic Protocol: ATCCNO: 50377 SPEC: Cultivated in vivo in Atlantic salmon, maintained at water temperatures no higher than 18C. Upon arrival thaw the ampule in a 35C water bath and agitate lightly. Immediately after contents have completely thawed aseptically inoculate the entire contents into a single fingerling salmon.
