Comments : Preparation is contaminated with bacteria and may be filtered through a 0.2 micron filter before use. Titer of filtrate will decrease by 1 to 2 logs. This is a cell culture-adapted, attenuated TGE virus which readily produces CPE and plaques on porcine kidney TC. It has been extensively used for conducting viral neutralization tests
