Comments : Recombinant cardiovirus attenuated by substitution of an artificially shortened poly(C) tract. Proposed as a vaccine against picornavirus diseases in non-murine mammals. The poly(C) tract of strain pM16 is 37 bases shorter than that of the wild-type Mengovirus. Note: Depositor recommends stocks NOT be stored frozen!
