Effect : Yes, in vitro effects: Cytopathic effects in tissue culture Yes, in vivo effects: death in suckling mice
Comments : Following reconstitution, dilute lyophilized material at least 1:10 in physiological culture medium prior to infecting cells in vitro. No CPE produced in HeLa cells.
