Comments : Centrifugation (2000 X g for 1 hr) and addition of cycloheximide recommended for passage in cell culture. Triturate fluid several times to disperse chlamydia. For cell culture, centrifuge inoculumn, adsorb for 1 hour and feed with HEPES buffered culture medium.
