Effect : Yes, in vitro effects: Cytopathic effects (cell rounding and grape-like clusters of detached cells)
Comments : For TC passage the cells must be maintained at or above pH 7.4. Care must be taken to avoid release of this agent into the environment. This virus has a restricted geographic range.
