Comments : This preparation has tested positive for Mycoplasma contamination. Centrifuge at 2000 X g for 1 hour; adsorb 1 hour at 35.0-36.0°C. Feed with 1.0 ml EMEM (HEPES buffered) 5mg glucose/ml, 0.3mg glutamine/ml, 1-2 ug/ml cycloheximide. Dilute high titer stocks to avoid cell toxicity. Tissue culture adapted at ATCC.
