Comments : Not described in the original publication, but assumed to have been selected after mutagenesis with nitrosoguanidine. The non-permissive incubation temperature is 39.5oC. This mutant was not assigned a Dales EM category. The mutation was assigned by complementation analysis (Lackner, et al, 2003) to vaccinia map location U6.
