The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): PvuII--0.04, 1.65; SmaI--0.35; BglI--0.39; PstI--0.52; StuI--1.20; XbaI--1.70. ATCC 99599 and ATCC 99600 are the same for the initial 15 bp upstream of the initiation codon, the CDS, and the 3' UTR.
The clones differ at the 5' end of the 5' UTR. ATCC 99599 contains a 791 bp sequence while ATCC 99600 has a different 72 bp sequence.
