描述：1948年三月建立了NCTC clone 929(小鼠結(jié)締組織)，細胞系L的克隆。細胞系L是最早建立的連續(xù)培養(yǎng)細胞系之一，而clone 929是最早的克隆株。從一只100日齡的雄性C3H/An小鼠的正常皮下疏松結(jié)締組織入脂肪組織中建立了親本細胞系L。第95代的細胞系L使用毛細管法分離單細胞建立了clone929。檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)鼠痘病毒陰性。
