Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium, Catalog No. 30-2003. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Once per week
Harvest cells with cold (less than 24C) 0.25% trypsin or 0.02% versene (or a mixture of the two). Cultures may be established with as few as 3 X 10 exp3 cells/ml.
