Comments:Animals were immunized with L1.2 cells expressing high levels of transfected CCR4.Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells. The cells produce immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against human Chemokine Receptor 4 (CCR4).
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: Temperature: 37.0°C
Subculturing: Protocol: Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 3 X 10(4) viable cells/ml. Maintain cell density between 4 X 10(4) and 4 X 10(5) viable cells/ml. Do not exceed 7 X10(5) cells/ ml.
Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 2 to 3 days (depending on cell density)
Preservation: Freeze medium: Complete growth medium, extra 10% FBS; 7.5% DMSO
Storage temperature: liquid nitrogen vapor phase
Doubling Time: 19 hours
