Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Every 2 to 3 days
Cultures are maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start new cultures at 3 X 10 exp5 viable cells/ml and maintain at or below 3 X 10 exp6 cells/ml.
Preservation: culture medium 95%; DMSO, 5%
Doubling Time: 26 to 28 hrs
