Subculturing: Medium Renewal: Add fresh medium every 3 to 4 days (depending on cell density)
Cultures can be maintained by addition of fresh medium.
Cells grow as floating aggregates of round cell clusters.
Preservation: Culture medium, 95%; DMSO, 5%
