ATCC medium: 760 Potato dextrose agar with NaCl
Diced potatoes.............300.0 g
Dextrose....................20.0 g
NaCl........................75.0 g
Agar........................15.0 g
Distilled deionized water....1.0 L
Boil finely diced potatoes in 500 ml of water until thoroughly cooked; filter through cheesecloth and add water to the filtrate to 1.0 L.
Add the agar and bring to a boil. Add dextrose. Dispense as required and autoclave at 121C for 15 minutes.
