ATCC medium: 1516 PPLO broth w/o CV (pH 7.8) or PPLO agar with
inactivated horse serum and yeast extract
Prepare PPLO Broth w/o CV (Mycoplasma Broth) (BD 255420) or PPLO Agar
(Mycoplasma Agar) (BD 241210) according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Add 20% heat-inactivated horse serum and 10% (v/w) of GIBCO 18180.
