PREPARATION:
(1)Mix and dissolve the ingredants in to ox heart infusion. Adjust pH to 7.6-7.8.Boil the broth for 10 min..Fil-trate by paper
(2)Distribute the broth into tubes(each contain-ing liver pieces about 1/2 v/v of the broth)
(3) Covered by paraffin oil then autoclove at 10 lb for 30 minutes
