PREPARATION:
(1)immerse the thin and minced beef in cold water and stay for overnight; boil for 40 min.; filtrate by cloth.
(2) Add the peptone and NaCl in the filtrate; adjust pH to 7.8-8.0; boil for 10 min.; add glucose after filtration.
(3)Distribute into tubes (each tube containing 1/2 beef pieces of the volume of the broth); covered with paraffin oil; autoclave at 8 lb for 30 minutes
