PREPARATION:
(1)Dice one potato
which striped skin; add milk
peptone and potato starch in a beaker; heat in boiling water bath for 10 min after mixed; pound the potato to paste.
(2)Further heat for 1 hour; add 4 egg liquid
1 egg yolk
the glycerol and malachite green; filtrate through gauze after full mixed.
(3) Distribute into tubes; slant the tubes in a sero-coagulator and sterilize intermittently.
