【成份】
Beef 250.0 g
Liver(ox or sheep) 250.0 g
Peptone 10.0 g
Glucose 2.0 g
NaCl 5.0 ml
Liver minces 100.0 g
Distilled water 1.0 L
pH7.8-8.0
PREPARATION:
(1)Immerse 250g of minced beef and 250g of liver block into the water for 20-24 hours.
(2)Boil 30-60 min then filtrate by cloth
then add water to make up the filtrate to 1000ml.
