NH4-oxalate 15.0 g
NaHCO3 10.0 g
NaH2PO4·2 H2O 10.0 g
NaCl 0.7 g
KCl 0.57 g
MgCl2·6 H2O 0.1 g
CaCl2·2 H2O 0.01 g
Na2S2O3·5 H2O 1.0 g
蒸餾水 1.0 L
pH 6.8-7.0
The first three salts must be dissolved in the indicated sequence. After autoclaving for 20min at 121C the pH of the medium shifted to 8.5-9.0. Solid medium contained 1.5 to 2.0% of Bacto-Agar (Difco).
