用法
Suspend 45.0g / liter,and heat to boiling for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer 120-ml portions to 250-ml volumetric flasks or 9-ml portions to test tubes, all being capped with cotton plugs or loose-fitting caps. Heat at 100 °C for 30 min and cool immediately. 稱取本品 45.0g,加熱攪拌溶解于 1000ml 蒸餾水中,分裝三角瓶每瓶120ml或分裝試管 ,每管 9ml,100℃水浴加熱 30 分鐘 , 迅速在流動(dòng)的冷水中冷卻,無需高壓滅菌。
