三、生物學性狀
漢賽巴通體形態(tài)多樣，主要為桿狀，大小為1×0.5mm左右。革蘭染色陰性，姬姆薩染色呈藍紫色，鍍銀染色呈棕黃色。 由臨床新鮮標本中分離的漢賽巴通體有菌毛，而經(jīng)實驗室傳代后可喪失。其生化反應(yīng)不活潑，不發(fā)酵各種糖類。
四、致病性與免疫性
1、感染途徑
傳染源主要為貓和狗，尤其是幼貓。90%以上的患者與貓或狗有接觸史，75%的病例有被貓或狗抓傷、咬傷的歷史，貓口腔、咽部的病原體經(jīng)傷口或通過其污染的毛皮、腳爪侵入而傳播，多發(fā)于學齡前兒童及青少年。
2、所致疾病
由于國內(nèi)外養(yǎng)寵物者增多，因此貓抓病病例增加。病原體從抓傷處進入體內(nèi)，局部皮膚出現(xiàn)丘疹或膿皰，繼而發(fā)展為以局部引流淋巴結(jié)腫大為特征的臨床綜合征，出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、厭食、肌痛、脾腫大等。常見的臨床并發(fā)癥是結(jié)膜炎伴耳前淋巴結(jié)腫大（Parinaud眼淋巴腺綜合征），系貓抓病的重要特征之一。
漢賽巴通體尚可引起免疫功能低下的患者桿菌性血管瘤—桿菌性紫癜（bacillary angiomatosis-bacillary peliosis, BAP），主要表現(xiàn)為皮膚損害和內(nèi)臟器官小血管增生。BAP可見于HIV感染者、腫瘤或器官移植的病人，其桿菌性血管瘤可發(fā)生在體內(nèi)任何實質(zhì)性器官，而桿菌性紫癜則多見于肝臟、脾臟。
五、微生物學檢查法
實驗室檢查可取病灶組織（淋巴結(jié)、皮膚、肉芽腫等）作超薄切片，進行組織病理學檢查。此外，還可用羊血瓊脂或巧克力色瓊脂等培養(yǎng)基，或采用原代細胞或傳代細胞，對新鮮組織標本培養(yǎng)和鑒定。
六、防治原則
對寵物定期檢疫，殺滅感染動物。與貓、狗接觸時避免被抓傷或咬傷，若被抓、咬傷后，可用碘酊局部消毒?？刹捎铆h(huán)丙沙星、紅霉素、利福平等治療感染貓或病人。
