ATCC Medium: 433 Tomato Juice Broth/Agar
Tryptone 10.0 g Yeast Extract 10.0 g
Filtered Tomato Juice (pH 7.0) 200 ml
Agar (if needed) 15.0 g DI Water 800 ml
Adjust pH to 7.2.
Autoclave at 121 C for 15 minutes.
