傳播程序
1.根據(jù)隨附的說(shuō)明打開(kāi)樣品瓶。
2.從單管＃3肉湯（5至6 mL）中，用巴斯德或1.0 mL移液管取出約0.5至1.0 mL，并用于再水化整個(gè)顆粒。
3.將再水化的顆粒無(wú)菌轉(zhuǎn)移回肉湯管中。 好好混合。
4.使用幾滴該懸浮液接種第二管肉湯，斜面和/或平板。
5.將管和板在37℃下孵育48小時(shí)

Propagation Procedure
1.Open vial according to enclosed instructions.
2.From a single tube of #3 broth (5 to 6 mL), withdraw approximately 0.5 to 1.0 mL with a Pasteur or 1.0 mL pipette and use to rehydrate the entire pellet.
3.Aseptically transfer the rehydrated pellet back into the broth tube. Mix well.
4.Use several drops of this suspension to inoculate a second tube of broth, a slant and/or a plate.
5.Incubate the tubes and plates at 37°C for 48 hours
