豬鼻支原體病的癥狀
1、臨床癥狀
豬鼻支原體感染后第三或第四天出現(xiàn)被毛粗亂，第四天左右體溫升高，但很少超過40.6℃，其病程不規(guī)律，五六天后可能恢復(fù)，但幾天內(nèi)又復(fù)發(fā)?；钾i食欲減少，可能會出現(xiàn)過度伸展動(dòng)作，關(guān)節(jié)腫大，觸診有熱、痛感和波動(dòng)感?；钾i負(fù)重感明顯，出現(xiàn)行走困難、姿勢異常和跛行。發(fā)病可能波及任何關(guān)節(jié)，但跗關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)、腕關(guān)節(jié)和肩關(guān)節(jié)常發(fā)生，偶爾寰枕關(guān)節(jié)也受侵害。若發(fā)生在寰枕關(guān)節(jié)，則患豬將頭轉(zhuǎn)向一側(cè)，或?qū)㈩^后仰，與一側(cè)性中耳感染患豬的姿態(tài)改變相仿。
患豬腹痛和喉部發(fā)病時(shí)表現(xiàn)身體蜷曲，呼吸困難，運(yùn)動(dòng)極度緊張，斜臥等。急性癥狀的持續(xù)時(shí)間和嚴(yán)重程度取決于病變的嚴(yán)重程度。一般發(fā)病10～14天后，急性癥狀開始減輕，此后的主要臨床癥狀為跛行和關(guān)節(jié)腫脹。發(fā)病后2～3個(gè)月跛行和腫脹可能減輕，但有些豬發(fā)病6個(gè)月后仍跛行。
2、剖檢癥狀
急性期的病變?yōu)闈{液纖維蛋白性和膿性纖維蛋白性心包炎、胸膜炎、腹膜炎。亞急性病變?yōu)闈{膜云霧狀化，纖維素樣粘連并增厚，腫脹關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)有乳白色膿液，多數(shù)胸腔和心包少量積液，肺臟呈現(xiàn)間質(zhì)性肺炎病變，少數(shù)豬胸腔大量積液，肺臟與胸廓粘連，有絨毛心?；こ溲?、腫脹，滑液中有血液和血清。雖然可見到軟骨腐蝕現(xiàn)象和關(guān)節(jié)翳形成，但病變趨向于緩和。
豬鼻支原體病的治療方法
1、可用林可霉素44～77毫克/kg飼料的量混飼，或按每千克體重用10～20mg的量肌內(nèi)注射;
2、也可用泰樂菌素0.1g/每千克飼料的量混飼，或按每千克體重用2～10mg的量肌內(nèi)注射。
